I wanted to share my experience with AT&T Uverse...
First of all they have been knocking on doors in the neighborhood, to solicit their services. Unless they received permission from the Springs of Stone Oak, I would consider this a clear violation of the No Soliciting sign posted at the gate.
Since I've had numerous signal problems with Dish, I decided to switch. I spent all day long last Saturday with the technician at my house. The order was totally screwed up, and I was also informed the IP Voice was just implemented in the neighborhood, and they are still working out the kinks.
The technician was supposed to be here at 8:00 this morning to fix the mess from last weekend and didn't show up. After numerous phone calls, I learned the technician assigned to the ticket didn't show up this morning for work....so my issues are still outstanding.
The residents of Springs should be aware that AT&T is not only having technical issues installing their services, but also have severe customer service issues.
