As a result of the November 3, 2009 Special Meeting of the Springs HOA, owners have approved an increase of the annual HOA dues/assessment from $500 per year to $600 per year. The increase is effective with the payment due on or before July 1, 2010.
54 Springs residents attended the meeting, either in person or by proxy, with 42 voting in favor of the increase, 9 voting against it, and 3 owners abstaining. 37 votes were needed to approve the Board's proposal.
The President of the Board of Directors presented briefings on The Spring’s current Reserve Fund, where we are, and where we should be. The Secretary presented a briefing on needed repairs in the common areas.
