I am asking that every dog owner in The Springs please adhere to local laws that mandate dogs stay on leash when off of their owner's property. I bring this up because have encountered the same Yellow Labrador Retriever wandering off-leash at least three different times in the Springs. While the dog in question does not seem aggressive he has approached myself and my dog twice while on evening walks. I am worried that this dog may end up being attacked by another dog or even a wild animal. To prevent a tragedy from happening I ask that the owners of this dog comply with local law and KEEP YOUR DOG ON LEASH if he/she is off of your property.
